7-Piece John Wisner for Ficks Reed Far Horizons Rattan Modular Sofa Group
By John Wisner, John and Elinor McGuire, Ficks Reed
Located in Chattanooga, TN
This elegant modular sectional by John Wisner for Ficks Reed comes from the iconic Far Horizons collection, first introduced in 1954. Poised at the intersection of Eastern sensibility and mid-century modernity, the design blends tropical-inspired rattan craftsmanship with clean modern form, resulting in a versatile sectional that’s both sculptural and relaxed. The sofa is composed of four modular rattan segments—three seating units and one integrated end table. This flexibility allows you to configure it as a linear lounge, an L-shaped sectional, or separate chairs paired with a standalone table—the perfect match for dynamic living environments. Constructed in a rich walnut-toned rattan that nearly suggests ebonized depth, each module features refined details: squared backs in pagoda style, campaign-style brass or aluminum accent caps, and secure bamboo-tied joinery. The rattan framework supports plush cushions, making the piece comfortable and visually engaging. Provenance & Appeal Designed by John Wisner—whose work for Ficks Reed remains a touchstone of mid-century tropical modern design—this suite is rare in its modular completeness and consistently rich tone. Its craftsmanship reflects quality and thoughtful design, while its modularity echoes the era’s embrace of flexible, informal living. Ideal for interiors that favor open layouts, eclectic beach-modern themes, or thoughtfully curated vintage setups, this sectional provides both aesthetic beauty and functional adaptability. It's modular, iconic, and rare—a timeless addition for collectors and modern interiors alike. A tasteful fusion of modern, Eastern and boho-chic style. Luxurious bamboo living room set by John B. Wisner for Ficks Reed. Wisner’s “Far Horizons” collection was first introduced in 1954 and remains a desirable, timeless classic. Inspired by the tropical lands of the the East, these modular bamboo lounge chairs with end table are featured in the hard-to-find dark walnut tone. The color is so deep that it almost appears ebonized. Curved and straight lines of rattan intersect to create this trademark pagoda style. The original straps have been replaced with all new supports. Professionally reupholstered with new, textured tweed fabric. The woven threads are a calming blend of teal, green and yellow tones. Tastefully tailored with button tufting and boxed stitched cushions. Along with new foam cushions, our restoration team spent countless hours on the revitalizing the bamboo on all 7 pieces. We maintained the original tone and mitigated nearly every flaw in the finish. Not to be overlooked, the square coffee / end tables offer plenty of function along with the form. The the light-tan tabletops, with a very subtle parchment pattern, not only look like new, but they're practically indestructible. Ideal for hosting parties, these end tables can combine to make one large coffee table...

Adrian Pearsall Faux Snow Leopard Cloud Sofa for Craft Associates Fully Restored
By Craft Associates, Adrian Pearsall
Located in Chattanooga, TN
This is not just a sofa—it’s an iconic statement of mid-century modern fantasy. The Adrian Pearsall Cloud Sofa, reimagined as an expansive sectional, embodies ultimate comfort and sculptural boldness. Upholstered in opulent, plush leopard-patterned faux fur, the design combines tactile luxury with Pearsall’s signature fluid silhouette. Crafted by Craft Associates in the early 1970s, the original Cloud Sofa features an organic, continuous form—like a gentle wave of plush seating—supported by a platform base of solid walnut and hidden black plinth. This sectional adapts that form into an enveloping L-shape perfect for both lounging and dramatic spatial presence. The ultra-soft fur, in cream, taupe, and charcoal tones, wraps the sinuous curves, offering sensory warmth that visually pops against the warm walnut trim. The continuous cushion and integrated chaise allow versatility while retaining iconic Cloud geometry. What makes this sectional extraordinary is the way the leopard fur elevates the Cloud’s iconic form with plush, textural opulence, transforming it into a museum-quality centerpiece. The sofa has been fully restored, including a refined walnut base with a rich reddish hue and flawlessly renewed upholstery, ensuring both comfort and lasting beauty. It remains an object of functional elegance, holding its form as both a centerpiece of comfort and a sculptural anchor in any space. Designer & Context: Adrian Pearsall (1925–2011), originally an architect, founded Craft Associates in 1952 and quickly developed a design vocabulary defined by bold curvature, platform bases, and playful luxury. The Cloud Sofa, created in the 1970s, stands as one of his most celebrated forms—its serpentine back and floating base embodying leisure crafted with spectacle and gravity. Pearsall’s work remains sought after for its structural daring and dramatic presence. Ideal for collectors of rare mid-century American design, homes or galleries craving sumptuous sculptural comfort, and interiors driven by form, material lushness, and personality, this sectional is a rare union of Pearsall’s design legacy and decadent materials—embodying modernist boldness and tactile indulgence. A true jaw-dropper from every angle. The new faux snow leopard fur...

Charles Eames for Herman Miller Rectangular White and Black Side Table
By Herman Miller, Charles and Ray Eames
Located in Chattanooga, TN
This refined Eames table embodies the crisp modernist logic for which Charles and Ray Eames are celebrated. Every detail — from the stark black-and-white contrast to the molded plywood base beneath the laminate top — is the product of thoughtful design, executed with clarity and intention. Constructed in Hermann Miller’s tradition of precision craftsmanship, the table features a durable laminate surface (white top balanced by black accents) set upon a sculptural base. The base, molded with subtle curvature, gives the piece an elegant tension: the top seems to float just above the structure, while the form remains grounded and stable. The black-and-white juxtaposition yields a quietly dramatic presence, sophisticated without ever becoming ostentatious. In terms of proportion and scale, the table is built to integrate seamlessly in both residential and commercial settings. While modest in size, it carries architectural ambition: the interplay between horizontality (tabletop) and vertical support (base) is calibrated to maintain visual lightness and structural confidence. Dimensions: Width (side to side): 22.88 in (58.1 cm) Depth (front to back): 29.75 in (75.6 cm) Height: 17.75 in (45.1 cm) Condition is excellent for its vintage pedigree. The laminate top shows minimal surface wear — consistent with careful use over time — and the base structure remains strong, with no warping or instability. All joins and surfaces have been meticulously preserved, and any touch-ups have been executed to respect the original finish and lines. Collectors and design connoisseurs will appreciate this table not merely as a utility, but as an exemplar of mid-century modern refinement. It bridges functional minimalism with sculptural wit, making it a focal point in any interior. In a collector’s environment, it stands proudly among other modern icons — an understated yet resolute statement of design pedigree. This listing is for the side table alone. The chair and accessories pictured are NOT INCLUDED. Condition: Original vintage condition with exceptionally clean table top. We also have a 32 inch square Eames table. A white marble Eames coffee table is also available. Complete your office with Charles Pollock Executive chairs (sold separately) in blue velvet...

Eames for Herman Miller 32 Inch Round White Marble Coffee Table
By Herman Miller, Charles and Ray Eames
Located in Chattanooga, TN
Step into design history with this thoughtfully reintroduced icon: the coffee table Charles and Ray Eames designed in 1949 for their Pacific Palisades home. Artisanally reimagined for today, the table strikes a perfect harmony between mid-century ingenuity and living elegance. Its sculptural base balances refinement with restraint—delicately turned wooden legs, reminiscent of the Eames shell chair dowel construction, intersect with supportive metal cross-struts to create a composition of strength and poise. Above, the tabletop floats effortlessly: rendered in luxe Carrara marble, its veined surface glimmers with the quiet confidence of timeless design, grounding the composition in material integrity. This modern iteration thoughtfully replaces the original gold-leaf surface with more practical, enduring materials—offering both beauty and function without sacrifice. The table is available in square or rectangular formats, each reflecting Eames’ belief in thoughtful versatility and depending on your spatial needs. Since its official return to production in 2017, this coffee table embodies the Eames philosophy of everyday elegance—rooted in solving human needs through beautiful simplicity. The original 1949 design remains remarkably relevant, a testament to its creators’ genius in blending form, function, and warmth. Collectors drawn to authentic mid-century modern pieces will recognize its place in design legacy: a rare instance where vintage provenance is paired seamlessly with contemporary craftsmanship. Several Esque tabletop formats have found favor in the $1,000 – $2,500 range in the current market, emphasizing how the Eames name continues to command collector interest. This table isn’t merely furniture—it is a bridge across time. It invites living rooms, libraries, and lounges to channel the heritage of modern design with a presence that feels both reverential and refreshingly alive. Whether placed before a honeyed leather lounge or under a vaulted loft ceiling, it promises to elevate any space with grace and gravitas. This listing is for the coffee table alone. The chair and accessories pictured are not included. Vintage Eames white marble coffee table for Herman Miller.
