About the Item

Listed for sale is an iconic slatted oak bench designed by Harry Bertoia and produced by Knoll. It dates to circa 1952. This piece was constructed using solid oak wood for the top and welded steel for the base with a black finish. This example came from a prominent Syracuse, New York estate with numerous other Knoll pieces and had been in the family for decades. Until just recently, it was used as a TV stand by the family. The bench is unmarked, however, is guaranteed as authentic. This bench measures at 15.25"" tall x 19"" long x 72"" wide.
