About the Item

This is an uncommon steel grid Chaise Lounge, Model 715, designed by Richard Schultz for Knoll Associates in 1963. The geometrically welded-wire frame is powder coated in a matte white, and the cushion is upholstered in a mauve tweedy fabric. The Model 715 was selected by MOMA for their permanent collection, and the model was only produced for a short time. The chaise measures 29 inches wide, 76 inches deep, and 14 inches high. There is a stain on the fabric surface, and the upholstery is a bit faded. There is some age apparent on the powder coat finish, and there are some chips. Overall, this lounge is in very good condition. Please see photos.
