The extraordinary locket has French silver hallmarks and dates to the Belle Epoque period.

For sale is this Marvellous 18 K gold Victorian Locket. This piece was crafted during the 19th century in France and is therefor also called a Napoleon III jewel.

This stunning locket is hallmarked with a French eagle head and in very good condition considering its age.

The locket is signed "G.B" with a French eagle stamp.
