White bowerbird family is a contemporary sculptural multi-shell hand-built ceramic pendant lamp finished in a matte white glaze with a warm glow reflecting off of a round joyful form. He is particularly known for his abstract miniature sculptures, most of which are made of granite. Laukkanen studied at the Central School of Art and Design from 1931 to 1933.
