About the Item

This is a Barcelona Couch / Daybed, Model 258L, originally designed by Mies van der Rohe in 1930. This particular example was produced by Knoll in 2023. It features a tubular polished steel frame, and a base of lacquered Mahogany. The upholstery is done in a smooth white Spinneybeck leather which was hand-tufted. The piece measures 40 inches long, 78 inches wide and 17 inches high. It's very clean and has seen little use. There is a slight scratch on the bolster. Knoll tags are present. Overall, this daybed is in excellent condition with minimal wear. It was acquired directly from a Knoll employee, who got it from a company sale. It has never been used in a home or office setting.
