Lee Everett Blair Art

LEE EVERETT BLAIR (USA, 1911–93)

Lee Everett Blair was born in Los Angeles, California, in 1911. He was a prominent Californian watercolorist who won the gold medal for art at the 1932 Olympics (when art was a competitive Olympic event) and also served as President of the California Watercolor Society. Also, he was the recipient of numerous prizes, medals and juried awards at exhibitions throughout the United States.
