19th C. French Stone Sundial

Unusual carved stone sundial found in the south of France. Gnomon has been repaired. Rolled steel and iron stand construction references Eiffel tower and rust has been cleaned and iron sealed. The Latin phrase MANTA PEI is carved at the bottom and it appears to be a monthly sundial.
