About the Item

A fine Power Play ottoman or footstool. By Knoll. Designed by Frank Gehry. In woven strips of blonde bent wood. With folding legs that allow the ottoman to be either flush to the ground or at an incline. Branded to the base with the Knoll factory mark, a Gehry signature, and a date mark. Numbered no. 102 to one strip. Simply wonderful design! Date: 1993 Overall Condition: It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition. Condition Details: There's some darkening to the grain (most noticeable in the bends of the wood), and some drying of the glue that allows the wooden slats to move. Otherwise, there are some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age. Maker: Frank Gehry for Knoll Marks: Branded to the base with the Knoll factory mark, a Gehry signature, and a date mark. Numbered no. 102 to one strip. Measurements: Length: ca 24 in.
