Heavy quality vintage hanging lamp made in the 1960s by Kalmar Franken. This Austrian family business has been producing high-quality luxury lamps since 1881.
This vintage piece has four glass plates with a relief and texture reminiscent of melting ice plates. The hanging lamp weighs almost 4 kilos and hangs from a coarse gold-colored chain. A real eye-catcher for every interior!
In the 1960s, the company developed various lamps, all of which had a special glass design as a basis. In addition to hanging and ceiling lamps, the company also made a series of comparable wall lamps with names such as Frankenstein, Rapottenstein and Kreuzstein.
