"The Color of Emotion" series is a one-of-a-kind, contemporary, modern, red & grey, abstract painting by Svetlana Shalygina. A textural diptych made up of two 60" x 12" gallery-wrapped canvases. This unique combination brings a vibrant splash of fiery-red color, unique texture, and is perfectly suited for a minimalist, sophisticated interior.
The beauty of Svetlana’s Minimalist paintings - most of the artworks are simply displayed in various ways (vertically or horizontally) - to give viewers another composition with a new unique visual perspective. The ability to change art displays creates a feeling of possessing different artwork.
Svetlana’s distinctive paintings must be seen “in the flesh” to be adequately appreciated. They possess an incredible texture and color, which evokes the natural ecology of our planet. Crackle glazing effects excite the consciousness and visions of parched watercourses and thirsty salt-pans awaiting the onrush of a headwaters stream in full flood.
