Dynamic Landscape
By François Mascarello
Located in Paris, FR
A painter, sculptor, designer, craftsman and explorer of textures and colours, François Mascarello experiments with materials and artistic techniques to translate into space the potency and delicacy conveyed by manual gestures. Thanks to his extensive knowledge of material constraints, he brings to life the emotion essential to any art.
For the first time, the wide range of skills appropriated by François Mascarello are displayed side by side in his solo exhibition taking place in September-December 2023: large seats, desk and bookcase in mineral composite; stucco, ceramic and bronze lights; lacquer marquetry tables and straw marquetry tables; handmade wallpaper and silk tapestry paintings, to name but a few. The concept of a landscape that is both dynamic and abstract is thus embraced two- and three-dimensionally, with perspectives echoing each other to the point of merging within a single creation: a painting that has escaped from the wall to become a functional sculpture.
The emphasis is placed on a monumental...

Coming to Life Coffee Table
By Nada Debs
Located in Paris, FR
This unique piece is part of the ‘Coming To Life’ collection designed by much-acclaimed designer in the Near and Middle East Nada Debs, renowned for cleverly distilling culture and craftsmanship in works imbued with emotional resonance. The materials Nada chooses all tell a tactile story. For her, the human hand is a voice, and the artisan a storyteller. In this table, the organic wood top retains its natural state, contrasting with the sloping, spiral legs in mother-of-pearl inlay. A perfect balance is achieved in these combinations of noble materials, natural textures and handcrafted patterns.
Nada Debs grew up in Japan in a Lebanese family. She is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design in the United States. Nada has spent significant periods of time living and traveling around the world...

Coralis #4
By Édition de Vie
Located in Paris, FR
Designed by French designer Virginie Moriette, the ‘Humanis & Coralis’ collection explores how human beings intimately relate to nature, while celebrating the cultural connection and the relationship between space and light. With their rich array of colors, patterns, marbles and oxidized bronze finishes, the twelve art lights are deliberately designed to trigger emotions. Their communicative presence defines an atmosphere, whether they are on or off, alone or with their companions in a daring installation.
Inspired by plants and underwater coral imagery, the organic, often brightly-colored shapes in the ‘Coralis’ series create a spirited, dynamic and playful atmosphere. Each lamp features a lacquered metal tree with clean contours, as if designed with scissors. Their sharp, dancing shapes are reminiscent of Matisse...

Gandhara Carapace Table
By Nada Debs
Located in Paris, FR
GANDHARA
The ‘Gandhara Carapace’ table merges contemporary design and 'pietra dura', a refined centuries-old art. Born from the collaboration between Nada Debs, a much acclaimed designer in the Near and Middle East, and Meher Asad, artistic director of the Lél collective specialised in stone inlay, this exquisite table features minimal lines entirely covered with an inlay of fine stones (amazonite, onyx) and marble. The polygonal ‘Carapace’ pattern that repeats and unfolds over the entire surface of the table evokes both geometric rigor and the exoskeleton of an animal evoking protection. Custom size tables are available upon request.
Nada Debs grew up in Japan in a Lebanese family. She is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design in the United States.
